I have worked with a large group of Clients deploying both Exchange Server 2007 and System Center Operations Manager 2007 in Production. Our challenge has been the fact that the Ex2k7 Management Pack for SC OM2k7 has not been available (the Ex2k7 Management Pack for MOM2k5 has been available for some time) causing me to develop an individual Management Pack to Monitor Services, TCP Ports and Performance Data. Now, with the release of the Ex2k7 Management Pack for SC OM2k7 we should begin to harvest real Performance Data while tailoring Alert Thresholds unique to Exchange 2007.
