Publishing Exchange Server 2007 with ISA Server 2006

If you are new to Exchange 2007 or new to ISA 2006 this document will be of value.  The use of an Application Layer Firewall between Source (Clients on the Internet) and Target (Outlook Web Access Servers) provides the ability to separate the SSL Encryption/Decryption and Payload Inspection functions to a dedicated 'firewall device'.  ISA 2006 offers this functionality and an assortment of additional capabilities when added to your Exchange Environment.
