Exchange 2007 High Availability Strategies

In recent conversations with Clients I found our time was spent discussing a variety of topics specific to Exchange 2007.  One of those topics include the review of High Availability Strategies for specific Server Roles.  Exchange 2007 offers several approaches in this regard.  The approaches include:

       * Local Continuous Replication

       * Cluster Continuous Replication

       * Single Copy Clusters (Shared Storage Clustering)

There are many decisions involved in determining what High Availability Strategy is feasible compared to the Exchange 2007 Server Roles (Mailbox Server, Hub Transport Server, Edge Transport Server, Client Access Server, Legacy Platform Migration Server).  The following article includes references to many of the decision points critical in selecting the best approach for the Organization.
